Business hours: Medication refills are responded to during regular business hours, Tuesday–Thursday 10am–5pm.
Please allow 7–10 business days for refill requests.
Any authorizations will be handled internally; your pharmacy or insurance will update you when your medicine is approved or denied.
Medicaid: Medication requests submitted too early (before refill date) will not be completed; Medicaid does not cover this.
